Every print is made using high-definition stereos on our automatic coating and printing lines in Chhatarpur. We print sharp text and clean solid colors on transparent, brown, or white film backgrounds using water-based inks and top-coat sealers to prevent ink scratching during transit.
Beyond aesthetics, printed tape serves as an immediate **tamper-evident seal**. If a parcel is opened during transport, the tape cannot be replaced with generic tape, immediately exposing the theft or tampering.

Share your vector logo format (AI, EPS, or PDF) along with the tape specification requirement. We prepare digital proof layouts for approval.
Stereo block creation
Once proof is locked, we cast precision printing blocks (stereos) to repeat your design perfectly across the continuous BOPP film.
Sample Run and Approval
We run a sample print test to check ink saturation, color matching, and alignment. Product samples are shared before we proceed with full batch production.
Coating, Printing & Dispatch
Bulk film rolls are printed, adhesive-coated, slit to custom widths, and boxed. The order is dispatched from Chhatarpur along with a GST-compliant invoice.
